ALL-TIME LOW: Biden Hits 31% Approval in New Poll

According to a new Quinnipiac poll, President Biden has hit an all-time low approval rating: 31%. The poll, released Wednesday, July 20, 2022, also found that only 40% of Democrats want to see Joe run for reelection in 2024.

The question is, how does this unmitigated mess of a president even get a 31% approval rating? His rating should be in negative integers.
